Production of Concrete Mixtures
The company has a Production and Technical Centre in the village of Ravadinovo, Sozopol Municipality, Bulgaria, which is equipped with two concrete batching plants, manufactured by Stetter GmbH, with aggregated production capacity of the concrete mixer of 1.5 m3, which produce up to 80 cb.m. concrete mixtures per hour. The Centre has also control and technical station, sector for taking test samples and curing them for current control of the concrete. There is integrated system for recycling, in which are treated the residual concrete mixtures for ensuring of the environmental protection.
Eurobuild Ltd. has also two mobile concrete batching plants, manufactured by Stetter GmbH,
which produce up to 120 cb.m. concrete mixtures per hour and serve mainly the larger
scale projects of the company.
All types of concrete mixtures are produced under the conditions of the implemented and approved Production Control System which complies with BDS EN 206:2013+A2:2021 and BDS EN 206:2013+А2:2021/NA:2021, and for that purpose are issued Product Conformity Certificates by a certifying body.
Eurobuild Ltd. supplies the raw and other materials used in the production only from approved and reputable suppliers and all such supplies are accompanied with the relevant declarations of conformity/exploitation indicators.
For the delivery and lying of concrete mixtures Evrobuild Ltd. has at disposal own transport and concrete lying equipment wich includes: 5 mobile concrete pumps with lenght of the arrow of 28, 34, 39, 42 and 47 m; 10 concrete mixing trucks with capacity of 9 cub.m.; hoisting equipment; 7 road tractors with gondolas for the transportation of inert materials; 19 dump trucks; 6 front-end loaders; etc.
