Technical characteristics: The hotel is with total built-up area of 14311.00 sq.m and represents a building, consisting of 4 blocks, where Blocks 1, 2 and 4 have five floors, and Block 3 – has two floors, with one floor half underground below the level of Blocks 2, 3 and 4. In the property are executed three large swimming pools with children’s section attached to the main section of the swimming pool, children’s playground, mixed sports ground and amphitheatre for children under the level of the terrain. The roofs of Blocks 1, 2 and 4 are flat, while over Block 3 there is a sloped roof glazing and zones with roof green plants. There are business office and reception, two large restaurants – one for the hotel guests and another one for outside visitors, spacious lobby with lobby bar, connected to the outdoor pool bar. Along the southern arcade, there are premises for the security guards, quiet family games, beauty parlour, shop for industrial goods, conference hall, etc. In the front part of Block 1, on the ground floor overlooking the garden, there are 9 Deluxe rooms with individual pools. The rest of the rooms and apartments for the guests of the hotel are situated on level 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Blocks 1, 2 and 4. The floor, which is half-hidden underground, has kitchen block, storage premises, service rooms, laundry room, locker rooms, fitness hall, massage room, etc. 

Executed works: demolition and preparatory works; earthworks; formworks, reinforcement works and concrete works; execution of brickworks, make of lime and cement plastering, indoor flooring and panelling, fine coating; installation of joinery, doors and suspended glass façade; make of thermal and hydro insulation, external plasters, screeds and facings; execution of building and site water supply and sewerage systems, drainage, connection to the existing water pipeline and the external pressure water pipeline and sewer system; execution of power installation, earthing installation, lightning protection installation, lighting installations and weak current installations; installation of central Air-Conditioning System, make of ventilation systems; execution of landscaping ; execution of systems (telephone exchange, structural cable system, alarm systems and surveillance systems); erection of system for water heating with solar energy collectors; etc.
